3 Practices And Worships That Can Be Done By Muslim Women When Menstruating

Because every month a woman will experience menstruation or menstruation. In addition, women also experience puerperium, which is the phase after giving birth.

This is as stated in the Al-Qur’an letter Al-Mujaadilah verse 11:

يٰٓاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْٓا اِذَا قِيْلَ لَكُمْ تَفَسَّحُوْا فِى الْمَجٰلِسِ فَافْسَحُوْ ا يَفْسَحِ اللّٰهُ لَكُمْۚ وَاِذَا قِيْلَ انْشُزُوْا فَانْشُزُوْا يَرْفَعِ اللّٰهُ الَّذِيْنَ ا Amen رٌ – ١١

Meaning: “O you who believe! And when it is said, “Stand up,” then stand up, Allah will raise (grades) those who believe among you and those who are given knowledge by degrees. And Allah is All-Aware of what you do.”
